【摘要】:1.1Thesepracticescoversamplingofnewelectricalinsulatingliquidsincludingoils,askarels,silicones,syntheticliquids,andnaturalesterinsulatingliquidsaswellasthoseinsulatingliquidsinserviceorsubsequenttoserviceincables,transformers,circuitbreakers,andotherelectricalapparatus.Thesepracticesapplytoliquidshavingaviscosityoflessthan6.47610-4m2/s(540cSt)at40176;C(104176;F).1.2Representativesamplesofelectricalinsulatingliquidsaretakenfortestspecimenssothatthequalitypertinenttotheirusemaybedetermined.Thequalityindifferentportionsofagivencontainer,ortheaveragequalityofthewholebulkmaybeascertainedifdesired.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsareregardedasthestandardwhereapplicable.InchpoundunitsareusedwherethereisnoSIequivalent.1.4Thesepracticesalsoincludespecialtechniquesanddevicesforsamplingfordissolvedgases-in-oil(DGA)(D3612),water(D1533)andparticles(D6786).1.5Foreaseofuse,thisdocumenthasbeenindexedasfollows:1.6Handleaskarelscontainingpolychlorinatedbiphenyls(PCBs)accordingtofederalandlocalregulationsexistingforthatcountry.Forexample,thefederalregulationsconcerningPCBsintheUnitedStatescanbefoundin40CFRPart761.1.7Properlycontain,packageanddisposeofanyliquidormaterialresultingfromtheuseofthesepracticesinamannerthatisinaccordancewithlocalandstateregulationsspecifictothecountryinwhichthesamplesaretaken.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificwarningstatementsaregivenin1.6,1.7,Section5,10.1,13.2,15.2.3,Section16,and18.2.Thesepracticesinvolveclosecontactwiththeelectricalinsulatingliquidsbeingsampledaswellasliquidsandothermaterialsusedtocleanthesamplingtoolsanddevices.Whenrequired,orasamatterofdiligencetopersonalsafety,usepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE).
