【摘要】:ThisdocumentdescribestheimplementationprinciplesneededtocreateaVoluntaryUniversalHealthcareIdentification(VUHID)system.Thepurposeofthissystemistoenableunambiguousidentificationofindividualsinordertofacilitatethedeliveryofhealthcare.TheVUHIDsystemshouldbededicatedexclusivelytotheneedsandfunctionsofhealthcare.TheVUHIDsystemisdesignedtorepresentno,oratleastminimal,increasedrisktohealthcareprivacyandsecurity.Thesystemshouldbeascost-effectiveaspossible.Thesystemmustbecreatedandmaintainedinawaytoprovidesustainedbenefittohealthcare.Thesystemshouldbedesignedandimplementedinamannerthatensuresthatitcanoperateindefinitely.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaprocedurefordeterminationofthemassconcentrationofmercuryvapourinworkplaceairusingamethodofgold-amalgamcollectionwithanalysisbyeithercoldvapouratomicabsorptionspectrometry(CVAAS)orcoldvapouratomicfluorescencespectrometry(CVAFS).Theprocedurespecifiesanumberofsamplingmethodsfordifferentapplications.a)Whenitisknownthatnoparticulateinorganicmercurycompoundsareusedintheworkplaceandthatnoneareproducedintheprocessescarriedout,samplesofmercuryvapourarecollectedusingapumpedsorbenttubecontainingporousgold-coateddiatomaceousearth.Suitablesorbenttubesarecommerciallyavailableortheycanbemadefromsorbentpreparedbypyro-decompositionofchloroauricacid[hydrogentetrachloroaurate(III)]sinteredondiatomaceousearth.b)Whenbothmercuryvapourandparticulateinorganicmercurycompoundscouldbepresentinthetestatmosphere,samplesofmercuryvapourarecollectedusingapumpedsorbenttubefittedwithaquartzfibreprefiltertoremoveparticulateinorganicmercurycompounds.Ifdesired,theproceduredescribedinISO17733canbeusedtocollectandanalyseseparatesamplesformeasurementofparticulateinorganicmercurycompounds.c)Whenitisknownthatnoelementalmercuryisusedintheworkplaceandthatnomercuryvapourisproducedintheprocessescarriedout,theproceduredescribedinISO17733canbeused,ifdesired,tocollectandanalysesamplesformeasurementofparticulateinorganicmercurycompounds.Theprocedureishighlysensitiveandsuitableforstaticsamplingorfordeterminationofshort-termpersonalexposuretomercuryvapourinworkplaceair.ThelowerlimitoftheworkingrangeoftheprocedureisgovernedbythelowerlimitoftheanalyticalrangeoftheCVAASorCVAFSinstrument,whichisapproximatelyofmercuryforasorbenttubecontainingofsorbent(see13.1).TheupperlimitoftheworkingrangeoftheprocedureisgovernedbytheupperlimitoftheanalyticalrangeoftheCVAASorCVAFSinstrument,e.g.aboutofmercury(see13.2).Thesamplingcapacityofonecommerciallyavailablesorbenttubehasbeenshowntobegreaterthan.Theconcentrationrangesofmercuryinairforwhichtheprocedureisapplicablearedeterminedinpartbythesamplingmethodselectedbytheuser.Theprocedureissuitableformakingshort-termmeasurements(e.g.)whensamplingataflowrateofbetweenandusingacommerciallyavailablesorbenttube.Forassessmentoflong-termexposure,suchas,thisprocedurecanbeusedwithsamplingflowrateofinworkplaceswheretheconcentrationofmercuryvapourisexpectedtobelowerthan.Iftheexpectedconcentrationofmercuryvapourishigherthan,itisnecessarytousetheprocedureprescribedinISO17733.Themethodisunsuitableformakingmeasurementsofmercuryvapourinairwhenchlorineispresentintheatmosphere,e.g.inchloralkaliworks(see13.8.1).Gaseousorgano-mercurycompoundscancauseapositiveinterference(see13.8.2).
