【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60730appliestotheevaluationofthermalprotectorsforballastsfortubularfluorescentlamps.ThisstandardappliestothermalprotectorsusingNTCorPTCthermistors,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexJ.RequirementsconcerningthetestingofthecombinationofballastsandthermalprotectorsaregiveninIEC61347-1.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofthermalprotectorsusedtoprotectballastsfortubularlampsfromoverheating.ThisstandardappliestothermalprotectorsforballastswithinthescopeofIEC61347-2-8.ThermalprotectorscoveredbythisstandardmaybesuitableforballastsforotherdischargelampssuchasballastsunderthescopeofIEC61347-2-9.Throughoutthisstandard,theword"protector"means"self-resettingthermalballastprotector".1.1.2Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoothermeansusedtoprotectballasts.1.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoamanualdeviceforopeningthecircuit.Thisstandardappliestoprotectorsforusewithballastsforuseona.c.suppliesupto690Vat50Hzor60Hz.Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrol,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuserorsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturerapplies.
